Nominate a park, playground, café precinct, foreshore or other public community space.
We assess the site
We review visibility, access, community value, installation suitability and local sponsorship potential.
Approved sites are installed
Selected locations receive a Bike Stop supplied and installed free of charge.
Important: Bike Stops are limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Submit one application for each proposed location. Every location is assessed individually. We may contact you if more information is required.
Application conditions
Applications are assessed based on:
- Community benefit
- Location suitability
- Visibility and expected use
- Installation requirements
- Local sponsorship potential
- Available Bike Stop program capacity
Submitting an application does not guarantee that a Bike Stop will be approved or installed.
A separate application must be submitted for every proposed site.
